Access

Camden House is a bungalow with easy access from the driveway to the entrance via a well-lit, slabbed path, with no steps.

The front of the house provides easy access onto the garden decking, via a series of double doors, which enable access to the wonderful fresh air and beautiful views of the forests and mountains beyond. These double doors provide an easy exit for all guests in the event of an emergency.  

Lighting

The house provides a range of excellent lighting to suit all requirements ranging from subtle lamps to bright dimmable spot lights. There are motion sensor lights outside which light the route from the driveway to the main entrance. 

Allergies

Camden House  provides an air purifier, which eliminates viruses and allergen particles , including pet dander and pollen. This assures our guests are provided with high quality air.

We provide a range of pillows and duvets, feather, wool, and synthetic

Mobility around the house

Doorway access widths:

• Main entrance doorway  :  865mm

• Shower room Utility room, bathroom, twin bedrooms: 810mm

• Double bedrooms: 805mm

• Open plan access points to hallway 1250mm

There are wooden floors, with wide access points  between living areas,  and a wet room with rainfall  and hand-held showers.
