House Rules

No parties, hen or stag trips. (insurance and license requirement)
No smoking in the house. You can smoke in the garden but please use the ashtrays that are provided and empty them into the main bins on departure.
Up to 2 Dogs welcome but please leave no trace in the house or the garden (contact us if you want to bring more than 2 prior to booking please)
Dogs not allowed on beds or soft furnishings
Please ensure that all guests read and follow the instructions regarding how to use the hot tub correctly
Please note that we have a septic tank, guidance as to what can/cannot go down the sinks and toilets available at the house
Strict maximum of 8 people due to licensing laws
No additional visitors without prior permission from owners
Electric car charging not permitted unless agreed with the owner
Please follow the check out instructions before departure
We do not charge for cleaning but we do require all guests to leave the house in a tidy state
Please recycle your rubbish/garbage (guidance at the house)
We provide a house manual to help guests with any queries they have but we are always available to help via text if you need anything during your stay
We want all guests to have the best quality experience possible at Camden House which is why we ask everyone to follow the house rules.

Please check out no later that 11am to enable changeover for next guests.

We don’t charge for cleaning but expect guests to leave the house in a tidy state.

Please make sure you:

Empty all bins including recycling, dog poop and ashtrays and put in relevant Camden House bin up on lane junction. (Glass to bottle banks)
Log out of your NETFLIX, Amazon accounts etc.
Please do your washing up and put everything away
Check all hooks on doors, drawers and under the beds for your property
Put all keys back where you found them on arrival
Please text to let us know of any breakages and that you are checking out.

We would be very grateful if you are also able to assist us by:

Stripping white bed linen from used beds and leave with any used towels in the bath (Please leave the mattress and pillow covers)
Completing the visitor’s book – we would love to hear about your trip 😊

Please note:

If you paid a security deposit in advance it will be released as soon as the itinerary and house check has been carried out.
Any excessive cleaning, damage or breakages may result in a charge from your security deposit. (We accept that the odd glass gets broken but please let us know about all breakages, stains to furnishings, accidental damage etc so we can resolve this before the next guest arrives.)
